The
former 'Nickelodeon' star was picked up by the police in Glendale,
California on Monday, December 21, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Drake Bell has been arrested on suspicion of DUI.
The actor, who has reportedly filed for bankruptcy, was arrested after
failing to pass a sobriety test. A police officer reported that he
smelled the odor of alcohol coming from the star's car.
Bell, 29, was reportedly pulled over around 2:20am by the authorities and according to the Glendale Police spokeswoman, Tahnee Lightfoot, the actor was "swerving and speeding" after he abruptly stopped at a red light.
